What MediSync does

MediSync lets you compare prices from verified labs, book lab tests with a lab visit or home collection, find verified doctors, book appointments, manage family members, and coordinate voluntary blood donation.

Labs and doctors provide the medical services. MediSync is not a lab, clinic, or hospital. Read our medical disclaimer.

Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure and do not share codes.
• Book only for yourself or family members you are allowed to manage. Adults must accept your invitation first.
• Give accurate patient, address, and contact details so the lab or doctor can reach you.

Prices and payment

• Prices come from each lab or doctor. The price and any home collection fee are shown before you confirm, and MediSync checks them again when you confirm.
• If a price changes before you confirm, you are asked to review it again instead of being charged the new price silently.
• Lab orders on the website are currently paid in cash at collection or at the lab.

Lab orders and cancellation

• You can cancel a lab order from your account until the lab accepts it.
• A lab may decline an order and will give a reason.
• MediSync support may cancel an order before the sample is collected, for example at your request or if the lab cannot serve it. The reason is recorded.

Doctor appointments, no-shows, and cancellation

• You can cancel a booked appointment from your account. Free cancellation is available until 6 hours before the appointment time, which is shown before you confirm.
• When you book, a no-show hold of 25% of the consultation fee may be placed. It is released when you attend, when you cancel in time, or when MediSync support cancels the appointment.
• If you miss the appointment without cancelling in time, the doctor may mark it as a no-show.

Blood Connect

Blood Connect helps coordinate voluntary contact between people who need blood and people willing to donate. It does not guarantee a donor, compatibility, or donation. Eligibility, testing, and transfusion are decided by licensed professionals and blood banks. Do not use Blood Connect for emergencies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MediSync, create false bookings or blood requests, contact donors or patients for anything other than the request, or try to access other people's information.
